ATS or Applicant Tracking Systems review resumes to analyze information in a way that assists recruiters and hiring managers to rank potential candidates. Since ATS will more than likely review your resume prior to an actual individual sees, it is vital that your resume be technically formatted and written so that work experience, education, accomplishments, skills, and information are optimally readable.
A one-on-one consultation to review the most current resume and discuss the best plan to meet career goals. The consultation fee can be applied towards the cost of a selected resume package.
Typically a resume is written within 3-5 drafts. A submit of a current resume (if available) and on-line questionnaire will start the process. The more detailed answers, the better the quality of the initial resume draft. The next steps will include 1:1 meetings, either via phone or Zoom, to review, update and create the final version. Upon completing the first meeting and working with the client, a typical draft will be complete within 5 days.
